Gentle lime and lemongrass aromatics, precede a palate that shows evidence of its quality and impeccable balance. It has pristine lemon, lime flavours that are powerful, intense and bright. This vintage, there’s more concentration and generosity of flavour: more weight without any loss of finesse. Destined to be acknowledged as a great vintage.

Produced from riesling grown at Grosset Springvale Vineyard, an A-Grade Certified Organic and Biodynamic (ACO) vineyard.

Very intense and concentrated flavour. A bomb of lime and green apple, some floral/lily perfume, a fine white pepper dusty texture, very coiled up and firm, a whisper of aniseed, maybe, and a very long finish. Unusually tight and stony for a Watervale! An outstanding vintage for this wine.
