December 2009 – The 2009 Grosset Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is currently being made available to Qantas customers flying First Class out of London. This follows service of the 2008 vintage in First Class earlier in the year. Qantas has also secured stock of both the 2008 and 2009 Polish Hill Riesling for service in First Class during 2010 and beyond.

Decanter (UK) lists Jeffrey Grosset and Stephanie Toole in “Famous Five” Wine Power Couples of the World!

The Clare Valley’s Jeffrey Grosset and Stephanie Toole have been listed as number 4 wine power couple in the world by internationally acclaimed Decanter Wine Magazine.

Jeffrey Grosset is owner of Grosset and Stephanie Toole proprietor of Mount Horrocks. The couple share their recognition with some big names in wine from Gina Gallo, Chief Winemaker of America’s huge Gallo winery and Jean Charles Boisset, President of Boisset, to Serena Sutcliffe MW, head of wine at Sotherby’s and wine author David Peppercorn MW.

“We are both tiny producers”, said Stephanie Toole “and are surprised and delighted to be listed alongside such powerful and influential couples”.

“We see this as further acknowledgement of the quality of wine we both produce and the influence small producers like us can have internationally”, said Jeffrey Grosset.
